MANILA, PHILIPPINES— In celebration of Philippine Film Industry Month (PFIM), the Film Development Council of the Philippines (FDCP) proudly presents Sine Kabataan Short Film Festival 2025. Now in its 8th edition, the festival will showcase a diverse lineup of ten (10) short films by young filmmakers from across the regions, premiering September 5-7, 2025, at the Red Carpet Cinemas in Shangri-La Plaza, Mandaluyong.

MANILA, PHILIPPINES – The Film Development Council of the Philippines (FDCP) proudly presents the premiere of the digitally restored version of ‘Merika (1984) by Gil Portes at the Metropolitan Theater on May 18, 2025. This restoration is part of the council's ongoing commitment to preserving Philippine cinema through the Philippine Film Archive.
