Administrative Assistant

UNIT / PROGRAM: Administrative and Finance Division   STATUS: Contract of Service (COS)  SALARY: SG 9 (PHP 23,226)


PLACE OF ASSIGNMENT: FDCP Central Office - Makati

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assist in releasing of checks, verified recipients, and to make sure that the following are observed:
    • Receiving of Official Receipt (OR) for check releasing
    • Presentation of valid ID
    • Presentation of authorization slip (if the receiver is other than the payor in the check)
    • Posting of available checks for release
  • Prepare Report of Check Issued (RCI) and Report of ADA Issued (RADAI)
  • Posting of Check/ADA issued in chronological order
  • Assist in reviewing vouchers to ensure all attachments and supporting documents are complete prior to submission to the Commission on Audit (COA)
  • Assist and participate on other tasks and assignments in the Cash Unit
  • Perform other related tasks that may be assigned from time to time

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accountancy, Accounting Technology, Financial Management, Public Administration, or other field relevant to the job
  • At least one (1) year of working experience relevant to the job; internship(s) related to the job is also preferred
  • Good oral and written communication skills
  • Good organizational skills
  • Computer literate
